Welcome to AI Doodles! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application, website, and services. By using AI Doodles, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using our application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service

AI Doodles is a mobile application that transforms children's drawings into digital art using Google Gemini AI technology. The service includes:

• Transforming user-uploaded drawings into 21 different artistic styles (cartoon, watercolor, Disney, Pixar, clay, and more)
• Saving and managing your transformed artwork locally on your device
• Optional iCloud sync for premium subscribers to backup artwork across devices
• Sharing your transformed artwork via iOS sharing capabilities
• Multi-language support (English, Arabic, Turkish)
• Free tier with usage limits and premium subscription options

User Accounts and Eligibility

AI Doodles is designed for children and intended for use by parents and guardians on behalf of their children. Parents may allow their children to use the app under their supervision. By using this app, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old OR have parental/guardian consent
• You have the authority to agree to these Terms
• You will supervise children's use of the app if applicable

Free Tier and Premium Subscription

Free Tier

AI Doodles offers a free tier with the following features:

• 5 transformations per day (resets daily)
• Access to all 21 art styles
• Local storage of artwork on your device
• Full access to core features

Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions unlock additional benefits:

• 100 transformations per day (resets daily)
• iCloud sync across your devices
• Priority processing
• Access to all current and future art styles

Subscription Plans

• Weekly: $1.99/week (7-day free trial available)
• Monthly: $4.99/month (7-day free trial available)
• Yearly: $14.99/year (7-day free trial available)

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are auto-renewable unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• You will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial periods or unused transformations
• Free trial converts to paid subscription unless canceled before trial ends

Usage Limits and Fair Use

To ensure service quality for all users:

• Free users: 5 transformations per day
• Premium users: 100 transformations per day
• Limits reset daily at midnight UTC
• Excessive usage patterns may result in temporary rate limiting
• We reserve the right to modify usage limits with reasonable notice

User Content and Rights

When you upload drawings to AI Doodles:

• You retain full ownership of your original drawings and the resulting transformed artwork
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the AI transformation service
• Your images are processed temporarily in server memory and are NOT permanently stored on our servers
• We do NOT claim ownership of your content
• We do NOT use your images to train AI models or for any purpose beyond providing the transformation service
• Transformed artwork is stored locally on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account (premium feature)

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, harmful, or illegal content
• Upload content containing personal information of children
• Attempt to generate sexually explicit, nude, or pornographic content, including content that uses medical, artistic, or fictional framing to circumvent content filters
• Submit descriptions or prompts designed to bypass our content moderation systems or the safety filters of our AI providers
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or hack the application
• Use the service in any way that could damage, overburden, or impair our systems
• Circumvent usage limits or rate limiting mechanisms
• Use automated tools or bots to access the service
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Content Policy

AI Doodles is a family-friendly application designed for children's artwork. All user-submitted content — including drawings, descriptions, and style prompts — must be appropriate for children and comply with our content standards.

• Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: nudity, sexual content, graphic violence, hate speech, and content that exploits or endangers minors in any form
• Content that attempts to circumvent AI safety filters using indirect, euphemistic, or contextual framing (e.g., medical, artistic, or fictional scenarios) is equally prohibited
• We use automated content filtering on all submitted prompts and descriptions. Triggering these filters constitutes a violation of these Terms regardless of intent
• Violations are logged and may be reported to Apple, Google, and relevant authorities where required by law

Third-Party Services

AI Doodles integrates with third-party services including Google Firebase, RevenueCat, and Apple services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies:

AI-Generated Content

AI Doodles uses Google Gemini AI to transform your drawings. Please note:

• AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations
• Transformations are based on AI interpretation and may produce unexpected results
• We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated artwork
• AI processing times may vary based on system load and complexity

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Guarantees that AI transformations will meet your expectations
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Doodles, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or errors
• Unauthorized access to your device or data
• Quality or nature of AI-generated content
• Third-party service failures or data breaches

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Doodles, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you upload to the service

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, including:

• Violation of usage policies or prohibited uses
• Submission of explicit, sexually suggestive, or otherwise prohibited content or prompts
• Attempts to circumvent content moderation or AI safety filters
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Circumventing usage limits
• Legal requirements or court orders

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Termination for violation of these Terms does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees, including prepaid periods of an active subscription. Subscription management and any applicable refund requests must be directed to Apple through the App Store. You may delete your local data by uninstalling the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date
• Displaying an in-app notification (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved through:

• Informal negotiation between parties (required first step)
• Binding arbitration if negotiation fails (as permitted by law)
• Small claims court for qualifying disputes

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the service provider is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Doodles regarding the use of the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
